Cancellation & Refund Policy

Custom Orders

Custom cake and dessert orders require a 50% deposit at the time of confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable once we begin preparation.

  • 72+ hours before pickup: You may cancel and receive a credit toward a future order (valid 60 days).
  • Less than 72 hours before pickup: No refund or credit. Preparation has begun and ingredients are committed.

Standard Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on items once they have been picked up. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a photo and we will make it right.

Call or text us at (201) 923-9776 as soon as possible. Cancellations made by email may not be processed in time.

Order Policy

Lead Time

Custom and specialty orders are prepared based on your requested pickup date. Once a deposit is received, preparation begins — so lead time varies by order. Contact us to confirm availability for your date.

Orders placed 72 hours or less before pickup are considered rush orders. Once the deposit is sent and confirmed, preparation starts immediately and the order cannot be cancelled.

Pickup

All orders are pickup-only at 1076 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011. We do not currently offer delivery. Hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Pricing & Payment

Custom order pricing is provided after a consultation and depends on size, design complexity, and ingredients. Payment can be made in person (cash or card) or via Zelle. The 50% deposit is required to hold your order date.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. While we take care with custom requests, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when placing your order.
